Houserules
In consultation before you leave, a lot is allowed with our campers. This includes taking pets with you, going to festivals or winter sports with our campers, traveling long distances, etc. The minimum age to rent a camper from us is 25 years and you must always have a valid driver's license (B) + identification with you. Without those two, unfortunately we cannot give you a camper. Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed in our campers. Questions about this? Pick-up & Drop-off
In the high season (June-October), check in or Glamper pick up is on Fridays only from 15:00. If there is a preferred time, please indicate this after your booking and we will do our best to help when possible. Check-out or the drop-off is on Friday’s only before 10:00.
Off-season (November – May), check in or Glamper pick-up days are flexible according to availability. Check-in & Pick up from 15:00, check-out & drop-off before 10:00
When you pick up the Glamper, we will also check everything with you again. When you pick up the Glamper, do not forget to bring a valid driver's license and identification. Unfortunately, we cannot give you the Glamper without identification and a driver's license.
Return & Check out
We ask you to deliver the Glamper as you received it from us: clean on the inside, with a full fuel tank, an empty waste water tank, a clean toilet and an emptied toilet tank.
If the Glamper is not returned on time or not sufficiently clean, additional costs will be charged
After your trip, you can return the Glamper to us on the agreed day and time. We will (together with you) check the Glamper for any damage, the number of km driven, the inventory list and we will check whether you have refueled the Glamper. This way we can be sure that you have returned the Glamper in good condition and there will never be any hassle afterwards. Missing or defective parts from the inventory list or camper will be settled with you.
Different collection and return days are possible upon prior consultation.
Rental Seasons
- High season: June - October
- After season: November - March
- Early season: April - May
During the high season you can rent the camper for a minimum of 7 days.
In the early, late and low season you can rent the camper for a minimum of 4 days.
Rates
- Number of free km per week: 500 km
- Costs per additional km: €0.25
- Service costs: €150.00
(Consisting of a gas bottle, outside cleaning & administration costs) - Deposit, 1000 euro
The prices for renting a camper vary per season and rental period. For rentals of two weeks or more you get a 5% discount.
When booking, 50% of the total amount is requested to transfer by bank. The balance payment of 50% is due 5 weeks before arrival. Deposits are to be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded via bank after the rented item is fully cleaned and checked on damages.
Insurance
Our accommodations come with a standard third-party liability insurance (WA insurance - Wettelijke Aansprakelijkheidsverzekering). The campers & 4x4 vehicles carry an "own risk" ranging from 1500 to 1750 euros per occurrence. You have the option to insure this "own risk" by taking out a policy with an insurance company specialized in this coverage. We are happy to assist you in finding a suitable insurance provider. The typical cost for this insurance is usually below 10 euros per day.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel a definitive booking, you owe us cancellation costs as agreed in the rental agreement.
Below we remind you of the costs in case of cancellation.
